Yuluo is an NPC aboard The Xianzhou Luofu.

Yuluo is Chief Alchemist of Xianzhou Luofu's Alchemy Commission and was the temporary acting head of the Luofu Alchemy Commission between former Chief Alchemist Dan Shu's death and the appointment of the new Luofu Cauldron Master, Lingsha.
