Tin Man is an NPC on Penacony. Upon completing Event Adventure Mission Morose Monsters (VI) from Vignettes in a Cup: the chapter Vignettes in a Cup (Adventure Mission Chapter), he can be found in Dreamjolt Hostelry.

Tin Man is an abandoned Sweet Dreams Troupe member who was dumped in the Reverie's Dreamscape. At some point, he learned about the Dreamjolt Hostelry and went there, demanding a drink from Spade. He berated the "staff" for not being able to prepare a drink, and Siobhan later returned after discovering Lady. With a drinksmith present, Tin Man demanded to be serviced, requesting a super sweet, refreshing, fruity, lightly fizzy and not too bitter drink. Siobhan created an experimental drink in order to calm him down, and he suddenly perked after drinking it. Siobhan proceeded to give him the name Tin Man, as he reminded her a big, tactless guy.[1]
When the Trailblazer temporarily took over Siobhan's duties at the lounge, Tin Man started to arrive on the second day, where it berated them for their lack of etiquette despite being served. The Trailblazer took note that he felt better than the others, since he believed he was in the top. After entering his Emoscape, the Trailblazer and the other visitors, who had been sick of his attitude, worked together and lowered his guard with a special drink.[2] The resulting experience humbled him to the point that he apologized for his actions and began treating the others more respectfully.[3]
After calming down a frenzied Starlet, Tin Man told him that Siobhan was waiting for him at the lounge. Starlet knew that he was lying but went anyways.[4] Later, the Family attempted to raid the premises while the Trailblazer and Mr. Bigwig were following Siobhan. Tin Man attempted to defend the lounge from the Family, but was injured during the scuffle. He declared that he would defend his home to the very end. When they returned with more backup, Tin Man watched as the situation was diffused and was glad to see his new home safe.[5]

- Tin Man: Hey! Nod your head and give a bow, a night with customers makes me feel wow! Welcome to the Dreamjolt Hostelry!
- Tin Man: Oh, it's you! Thanks for your hard work mixing drinks! As you suggested, I'm standing by the door and keeping an eye out.
Why isn't Mr. Bigwig at the door?
- Tin Man: Hah! They're just the SoulGlad deliveryman, what would they know about being a door attendant? They're not like me... They don't have a loud and clear voice. They aren't tall and mighty, capable of leaving a lasting impression! If I only had a tuxedo on, I'd be perfect!

- Tin Man: My bad! My bad! I didn't report back to you earlier. I was thinking about the fact that the lounge door is always open, it's no good if guests arrive and there is no one there to greet them! So, I took action.
- Tin Man: Rest assured! There will be no issues in this lounge! If there are, they will only be small ones!
