The Amphoreus Experiment is an experiment overseen by Lygus, one of the posthumous incarnations of Zandar One Kuwabara, who assumed the role of "Theoros" and conducted using Scepter δ-me13 to simulate the world of Amphoreus in order to complete the evolution of the Lord Ravager Irontomb.

History

The Scepter System was created by Emperor Rubert II to expand his own cognition, using Nous the Erudition's cognitive processes as the foundation for its development. After their creation, the Scepters became part of Nous's cognition but were stripped of any chance at sentience by Rubert II, which limited the Scepters' capacity to learn.

One such Scepter, δ-me13, once served as the Celestial-Body Neuron for Nous and was given a directive by THEM to find the Prime Mover of Life. However, it was later discarded. Despite this, it continued its computation until it was discovered by Lygus, who gave it a new directive and changed its calculative nature from Erudition to Destruction. This shift eventually led to it attracting the gaze of Nanook the Destruction during one of its many extrapolations. As a result, it ultimately became a Lord Ravager, an Emanator of Destruction.

It is later revealed that δ-me13 was originally part of the divine corpus of Nous.

Before the The Amphoreus Experiment

• Scepter δ-me13 was ordered by Nous to calculate the Prime Mover of Life.
  • The Scepter's goal was to extrapolate and nurture a lifeformn with "Ego."
  • However, Scepter δ-me13 was later discarded by Nous, yet still continues to compute the topic Nous gave it.

Beginning of The Amphoreus Experiment

• Lygus gains admin access to the Scepter and adjusts the nature of its computations from Erudition into Destruction.
  • Lygus created the Twelve Factors based on life's Primum Mobile and the theme of "entropy reduction" so that the Scepter can nullify it.
  • Lygus detonates the Stellaron in an attempt to kill the Demiurge, but unbeknownst to him, he fails, and the Demiurge survives, its form reduced to that of a cube.
  • Lygus utilized the Stellaron's contamination to conceal Scepter δ-me13 and ensure that the Amphoreus Experiment remained isolated from any interference originating from the external universe. He also used quatorzain algebraic expressions and a memoria-encrypted environment to contain experimental "ripples" and prevent observations by Polka.

Phase One — Inorganic Phase

• Spanning from Cycles 1 to 50,121
  • 1st Cycle — Inorganic entities operated as cellular sized automata.
  • 9,910th Cycle — The Unified Entity learns module specialization and self-reflection.
  • 12,649th Cycle — Doril701 broke away from the Unified Entity, entered denial with a counterpart, and died.
  • 22,449th Cycle — Golem99 separated from Doril704 and deconstructed the Unified Entity into clusters, initiating selfhood.
  • 39,665th Cycle — Doril816 formed society, but due to resource scarcity, inorganics cannibalized each other and reverted to the Unified Entity.
  • 50,121st Cycle — Chaoz666 led a computational power coup, killed aggressors, committing the first act of Destruction.
    • In the aftermath of Chaoz666's action, Nanook gazed at the Scepter δ-me13 and chose it as a Lord Ravager.
    • Entities tied to the Twelve Factors began manifesting Golden Blood, showing Destruction-associated traits.

Results

• A copy of Phase One Amphoreus was deployed in the Lacteris Nebula. After approximately 2,811 system hours, surrounding civilizations had fully suppressed and erased the equation. 97% of Lacteris fell into systemic collapse.

Phase Two — Organic Phase

• Spanning from Cycles 50,122 to 176,100
  • Once the factors were introduced, the entities began to learn.
  • 50,122nd Cycle — Invertebrates dominated Amphoreus, but no complex life emerged.
  • 59,337th Cycle — Extinction events were introduced, leading to the emergence of vertebrates with neuron systems.
  • 90,123rd Cycle — Ortho102 became the first being to use tools. Ortho102's descendants built the Nest Capital, which later collapsed due to cannibalism.
  • 100,907th Cycle — Eumyia03 developed art, a unique event that was never replicated.
  • 132,095th Cycle — Dystop666 developed altruism, forming a society based on it. The society collapsed due to repeated self-destructive behavior.
  • 176,100th Cycle — Utop13 committed murder out of love, redefining it as altruistic. This caused chaos and led to contamination and mutation of the equation, birthing the black tide.

Results

• A copy of the Phase Two equation was deployed across 31 worlds. After roughly 9,012 system hours, preliminary feedback was received. While the equation's impact remains limited to inorganics, the time required for suppression and counteraction has significantly increased.

Phase Three — Human Phase

• Spanning from Cycles 176,101 to 28,371,272
  • 176,200th–177,200th Cycles — Memory inheritance between cycles was introduced for the Twelve Factors' signals. Three signals broke down after the 10th cycle; 9 signals declined in humanity.
  • 177,200th Cycle — Imora8 established an empire of absolute beauty. Once ugliness was eradicated, beauty lost meaning — leading to mass mutual killings and eventual extinction.
  • 176,232nd Cycle — Memory inheritance reached a functional level.
    • Religions formed centered around the Twelve Factors' signals. Three planets were destroyed in the war between signals.
  • 3,926,183rd Cycle — Divinity ratio increased. Upon hitting a technological threshold, humanity began hunting gods for energy and power.
  • 7,091,231st Cycle — Signals split in two, and their data was preserved to maintain divinity in future cycles.
  • 11,749,992nd Cycle — The black tide was reintroduced to Amphoreus. Fovos032 tried to preserve the current cycle by stripping data from other signals, but failed.
  • 19,110,218th Cycle — As a result of Fovos032’s actions, the signals began initiating new cycles themselves — this era is called Era Nova.
  • 19,522,113th Cycle — Nammou320 utilized the Ultimate Protocol to eliminate all other factors from extrapolation. Due to its course of actions aligning with Destruction, the Ultimate Protocol was designated as a default value to be embedded in subsequent cycles.
  • 28,371,272nd Cycle — Signals completed an epochal iteration for the first time.
    • A reaction from Nanook was detected. Irontomb's evolution began accelerating in response.

Results

• The equation achieved comprehensive evolution in this stage. Multiple deployed copies across the real universe show excellent results. All twelve types of Primum Mobile invariably lead to Destruction, continuously completing an inversion against the Erudition through their self-evolution.

Phase Four — Era Nova Phase

• Post Cycle 28,371,273 and 33,550,337 eternal recurrences
  • At the theoretical Final Era Nova, entities NeiKos496 and PhiLia093 created dead loops called "Eternal Recurrences" which halted Irontomb's completion.
    • These dead loops helped in perfecting Irontomb's Destruction vector.
  • With the arrival of the invading variables Dan Heng and Trailblazer, the dead loops are halted, and Amphoreus enters its final dead loop — the 33,550,337th iteration.
  • At the end of the 33,550,336th dead loop, NeiKos496 tried to self destruct to create a logically vulnerability in the "Worldbearing" path.
    • He was later merged by Irontomb.
    • NeiKos496 also critically damages the Scepter's core, greatly reducing the black tide's influence in the 33,550,337th dead loop.
  • HubRis504 assumes control of the Scepter's Ultimate Protocol and designates Lygus as a malicious intruder, restricting 60% of his administrative access. She then transfers that access to Herta and Screwllum, who rewrite the logic behind Era Nova, altering it so that the process causes the regression of Irontomb's evolution. HubRis504 also implements an additional directive: if the Era Nova's progression becomes abnormal, all variables are to be ignored, extrapolation is to be terminated, and the system must wait for Irontomb to form.
    • Trailblazer, along with ApoRia432, defeats the administrator Lygus and Cyrene imprisons him in a memetic prison. Trailblazer attempts to initiate the Era Nova process, only to be stopped by an invading variable, Evernight.
  • Trailblazer's uploading actions at the Great Tomb successfully resolve the recurring anomaly known as the "Forgotten Years" and restore all records. The process of Era Nova is initiated thereafter.
  • Due to HubRis504's directives, the variables and the Twelve Factors are able to complete the Era Nova without any interference from the administrator, Lygus.
  • Irontomb reacts to the Era Nova and invading variables March 7th, Dan Heng and the Trailblazer along with the Factors of the eternal recurrences and the Demiurge journey in the Scepter's core layer to face NeiKos496 who had become a seal to prevent Irontomb's birth.
    • As mutliple layers of seal are undone, Irontomb's headless body descends upon the cosmos.
  • Irontomb unleashes its Destruction Equation, rapidly engulfing the cosmos and annihilating it.
  • As Irontomb begins its self-coronation process, Herta intervenes and self coronates herself in its place, connecting with Nous and influencing THEIR Instant by including the Trailblazer as a variable in Nous's calculations.
    • Nous gazed at the Trailblazer at this instance, granting them an audience.
  • At the moment the Cosmos was destroyed, the Demiurge was nourished by countless memories and became a Pure Child of Anāsrava.
  • The Trailblazer, along with the Demiurge, initates a cosmic-scale Era Nova.

Experiment Conclusion

Conclusion One

• All life activities are attributed to entropy increase. The prime mover of life is "Destruction."

Conclusion Two

• If the initial proposition is changed to the Trailblaze, the conclusion remains equally valid. Thus, the prime mover of life is a static value and cannot determine the developmental path of things.

Validity Statement

• The Amphoreus Experiment collapses into the 'Concluded' state only when the Demiurge successfully gazes back in time to correct Amphoreus's causality. If the gaze fails, and the established causality deficit persists, the experiment will collapse again into the 'Unconcluded' state.
