Starlet is an NPC on Penacony. Upon completing Event Adventure Mission Morose Monsters (VI) from Vignettes in a Cup: the chapter Vignettes in a Cup (Adventure Mission Chapter), he can be found in Dreamjolt Hostelry.

Starlet is a member of the Dreamjolt Hostelry. He was previously owned by Vitali the Props Master, who abused him when he tried to stand up for his fellow members, who were also being abused.[1]
At some point, Starlet was eventually abandoned at the Dreamscape version of the hotel, where he wandered around on his own. Eventually, after hearing of a lounge that had opened, he visited it just as its owner, Siobhan, had returned with Mr. Bigwig and Melancholy. He questioned Siobhan's purpose in gathering abandoned Sweet Dreams Troupe members and asked him to find a safe place, but he chose not to, since they were not safe anywhere. After deciding on Melancholy's name, she tried to give Starlet a name, but he revealed that he already had one, though they laughed at him, much to his annoyance.
Starlet would be a regular customer at the lounge, and met the Trailblazer after Siobhan had left to handle some matters regarding their safety. The Trailblazer served him some drinks, and after resolving both Lady and Melancholy's problems, heard a commotion downstairs. Finding a berserk Starlet, the Trailblazer subdued him and brought him back to the lounge, informing Siobhan of the incident.[2]
The following shift, Starlet arrived at the lounge after being informed by Tin Man that Siobhan was in. However, he quickly deduced it to be a lie, finding the Trailblazer again. After being served some drinks, the Trailblazer realized that he had simply feigned being berserk in an attempt to make them leave. Later, he invited him to his Emoscape, where the Trailblazer learned about the monsters' past and how they had been abused as Sweet Dreams Troupe members; if they had returned, they would return to a life of servitude and abuse, thus the Nightmare was essentially their "freedom." Shortly afterwards, the Family arrived and attempted to eliminate the monsters, but were repelled by the Trailblazer.
Later on, the Bloodhound Family returned with more backup, only to be met by Siobhan and Amiky, who convinced them that the monsters were friendly. Starlet went up to a Dreamjolt Troupe's Spring Loader and asked it if it was happy working for the Family. The troupe member admitted that they did not and left.[3]
Starlet is later found entertaining some guests with a trick he had learned, with his former master Vitali watching him. If the Trailblazer asks Vitlali about themselves, he will attempt to perform a prop-taming show, only for Starlet to hit him several times with bottle caps, claiming that he can't help but aim at his head if he was sitting there as payback for the abuse he had inflicted on him back then. While Vitali found him familiar, he fails to recognize him.

- Starlet: This is my agreement with Siobhan. When she's not around the lounge, I'll take care of the monsters.
- Starlet: So, it's my job to keep them entertained.
- Starlet: ...Drinking SoulGlad while doing backflips. Learned it from a TV show.
- Starlet: Every time I pull off that trick, the other monsters will laugh out loud.
- Starlet: Now, it's your turn. I'd like to know... what would you have done to us if Siobhan hadn't hired you?
