After completing Trailblaze Mission Silent Galaxy, Seele will periodically appear in the Astral Express' Parlor Car or Party Car.

Hey, (Trailblazer)!

(Idle quote)
Seele: There are so many stars...
(Initial interaction)
There are so many stars...
Seele: Hey, (Trailblazer)! Thanks for the invite, I'm so excited! This view isn't something you see every day!
Seele: So, you guys travel across the galaxy and journey through space like this every day? That's so cool... No wonder everyone on the Express is so knowledgeable.
Everyone except me.
Seele: Huh? Not like you to be modest.
Especially me.
Seele: *sigh* You really like a compliment, don't you... Haha, just kidding — that's exactly what I thought you'd say.
Seele: I've yet to experience it myself, but no one in their right mind would turn down a chance to journey through space.
Seele: Boarding the Express is just one small step — I don't know if I'll ever get the chance to travel the depths of the universe... After all, I did promise Bronya and Nat that I'd continue to protect the Underworld and help rebuild Belobog...
Seele: Still, I bet there's still a chance for kids like Hook and Clara, right? Who knows, maybe they'll be able to represent Belobog as it returns to the arms of the universe!

(Subsequent interactions)
Seele: I'm envious of you guys, (Trailblazer). If it weren't for my duties, I'd really like to stay here a little longer.
Seele: I'll see you next time — you'll invite me back, right?

(Trailblazer), March just showed me...

(Idle quote)
Seele: The Crew members' rooms...
(Initial interaction)
Seele: (Trailblazer), March just showed me her room.
Seele: It's super cozy — you guys really have it good on the Express. When things get better, I'm gonna redesign my room and use the Express' style as inspiration.
You... like the style here?
Seele: Mm, I'd like to give it a try... March's room, on the other hand... a little too pink and cute for my liking.
March's room could use more pink.
Seele: Uh-uh, I think you mean "less." There's no way my room's ever gonna be that color...
Seele: Regardless of the design, I've decided on one thing — a life-size Pom-Pom doll!
Seele: Pom-Pom's so soft, and fluffy, and... Ahem! What were you saying?

(Subsequent interactions)
Seele: I wonder if Nat would be able to make a Pom-Pom doll for me...?
Seele: I'll ask her about it next time.

(Trailblazer), I've decided!

(Idle quote)
Seele: Mm-hmm, it's settled then.
(Initial interaction)
Seele: (Trailblazer), I've decided!
Decided what?
Seele: Well, let me tell you...
I support you!
Seele: ...Hold your horses. I haven't said anything yet.
Seele: Perhaps in a few years... or maybe a few decades... When Belobog's weather stabilizes, I'll suggest that Bronya construct a railway in the city.
Seele: Then we'll build a... No, we'll build a whole lot of them — trains that look just like the Astral Express.
Seele: When the Eternal Freeze finally lifts, people will be able to get around more easily, and the railway will expand. One day, it'll connect different cities — not just Belobog.
Seele: It's exciting just thinking about it! I'm sure everyone will love the idea.

(Subsequent interactions)
Seele: It was just a random idea that popped into my head — I've no idea how to actually implement it.
Seele: Maybe I should go talk to Serval? Svarog might be able to help, too...

(Trailblazer), c'mere!

(Idle quote)
Seele: Think Pom-Pom will like it...?
(Initial interaction)
Seele: (Trailblazer), c'mere! I've got something to ask you!
Seele: Pom-Pom, the conductor — what kind of food do they like? Do they like snow radish? Herbs? Or maybe...
Is Pom-Pom a vegetarian?
Seele: Huh? You're asking me?
I don't like either of those.
Seele: Ha? What's it got to do with you?
Seele: I've been researching Pom-Pom in the encyclopedia for ages, but I still can't figure out what species they are. Then again, there aren't many species of talking animal...
Seele: ...Hey, what's with that look? I know how to do research too, okay!?
Seele: Hmph, I'll figure out what Pom-Pom is and what they like before you do! Just you wait!

(Subsequent interactions)
Seele: Why is Pom-Pom ignoring me?
Seele: Grr, they're treating me like a ghost...

Jarilo-VI is tiny from here...

(Idle quote)
Seele:I feel so small...
(Initial interaction)
Seele: Jarilo-VI is tiny from here...
Seele: Belobog is even smaller... I can barely even see it from the Express...
Seele: The universe is so vast — it's scary...
Enjoy its grandeur and beauty.
Seele: You're right, it's breathtaking... but it also sends a bit of a chill down my spine.
Fear its infinite darkness.
Seele: Brr, it sends a chill down my spine... but it's also magnificent.
Seele: So many stars... Who are they shining for?
Seele: I can't understand it, and maybe I never will. It doesn't matter though — making the best of every single day and living life the way I want to is what's important.
Seele: I guess once things settle down, I can spare a moment to contemplate the stars.

(Subsequent interactions)
Seele: Making the best of every single day and living life the way I want to — those are the most important things to me.
Seele: I guess once things settle down, I can spare a moment to contemplate the stars.

(Trailblazer), are you free...

(Idle quote)
Seele: Just a little gesture...
(Initial interaction)
Seele: (Trailblazer), are you free right now? I, umm... I brought some presents from Belobog to give to the Crew. Could you take them on their behalf?
Seele: Ahem... I'm sorry, I'm not very good at this. This is just a little something to say thank you. Nothing expensive — I hope you don't mind.
(Obtain Stellar Jade Stellar Jade ×10)

(Subsequent interactions)
Seele: I wonder... how many other worlds are out there in the universe? Are they going through the same struggles as us? Perhaps they're facing even greater challenges...?
Seele: Maybe they're also waiting for the Express to arrive. You guys really carry a lot of weight on your shoulders, don't you?

Dialogue

(First interaction)
Seele: Hey, (Trailblazer). I didn't expect you to still be here — don't tell me you've fallen in love with Belobog?
Not really...
Seele: ...Kinda. You've been all over the place and seen so many incredible sights. I bet a small place like Belobog has nothing to write home about, right?
Really, it's a great town.
Seele: Hmm, I thought a small town like Belobog would be beneath someone like you.
Seele: Belobog... the Underworld's my home, the only place I've ever known. If I get the chance, I'd love to see the world out there... But definitely not right now.
Seele: People here need help. I have to stay with them and do my part.
(Continues to regular dialogue options)

(Subsequent interactions)
Seele: This is my home, the only place I've ever known. If I get the chance, I'd love to see the world out there... but now's not the time.
Seele: The world needs time to recover. Nat and Bronya need my help. I have to stay with them and do my part.
(If Trailblaze Continuance Future Market (II) has been completed)
About Bronya's decision...
Seele: I knew that she would make the right choice.
Seele: Our planet was not taken over, and no more people were harmed... All's well that ends well, right?
Indeed, all's well that ends well.
You look like it's still weighing on your mind.
Seele: ...You can see right through me. Yep, my mind has been going over this whole thing non-stop...
Seele: I originally thought that without the Stellaron's destruction, life here would just get better by the day. However, the reality was far from how I imagined.
Seele: In the past, it seemed that you could solve any problem with your fists... No matter what happened, the scythe in my hand made the rules.
Seele: But just look at what happened this time. The enemy can't be beaten with brute force... I'm no good at things like this. Negotiating with people, plotting against each other... This is all just too difficult for me.
Seele: To be honest, I feel a little lost... what am I supposed to do to help Bronya and the people of Belobog?
Seele: There's just too much that I need to learn. I have to arm myself in other ways, not just through training and getting stronger.
A calm and composed mind is the most powerful weapon.
Seele: Why does that phrase sound familiar... Ah, I remember! There was a quote in "Svetlana's Stratagems" that I was reading recently, I think it said the same thing.
There's no need to put so much pressure on yourself.
Seele: Hah, that's no pressure! I just think that with the way things are now, studying is a responsibility that I must accept.
Seele: I've recently been reading a book called "Svetlana's Stratagems" about military strategy... There was one phrase in there that left a deep impression on me.
Seele: "Being able to remain calm and maintain critical thought at any time, without allowing bursts of emotions to blind you, is the most basic, yet also the most rare quality of a leader."
Seele: ...I am still far from the standard this book sets out. When I was in the Great Mine, I was thrown off by a moment of rage... If I had stayed cool, I might have been able to get a little more information from those people in black.
You have already grown a lot, Seele.
Seele: Do you really think so? You're not just trying to appease me?
Belobog is lucky to have you.
Seele: Wh—What are you doing? You can't just randomly praise people like that. It's not like you...
Seele: ...Hah, forget it. What I have to do remains the same. I have to double... no, triple my efforts to get back all those years I wasted in the Underworld. I can't allow myself to be underestimated by those official Silvermane Guards!
Seele: After all, I promised Bronya that I would protect that secret with her... If I were to drop out halfway, the burden would be too heavy for her to carry alone.
Seele: Having said that, those people in black clothes... though they've caused a lot of trouble, they all seem pretty educated...
Seele: ...Alright, I've decided. From today forth, I will communicate more with those external IPC workers and see if I can learn any useful skills form them.
Care to chat, Seele?
Seele: Okay, I'm free at the moment — What do you want to talk about?
You're not with Bronya?
Seele: Staying all day cooped up in that ice castle? Spare me — I could never get used to that lifestyle.
Seele: I have no idea how Bronya does it — poring over all those documents every day, having to listen to all that idle chit-chat... I would've gone mad long ago.
Seele: I prefer working outside. Besides, there's a lot of people I know in the Underworld who need help. I've shared these thoughts with Bronya, and she's supportive.
Seele: Of course, if she needs me... I'll be back in a snap. Even she needs somebody like me to help solve certain matters... We know our roles, and there's nothing to complain about.
How are things down in the Underworld?
Seele: Not good — but there're some signs of improvement.
Seele: Nat and Oleg run around every day, helping to coordinate getting trade started again. I don't know a thing about commerce, so I don't wanna bother them.
Seele: But the vagrants — most of them are on the right track as far as I know, but naturally there're a few ne'er-do-wells who are trying to line their pockets with ill-gotten gains.
Seele: I'm just focusing on teaching those guys a lesson. Gotta make them understand that if they break the law, they're gonna be punished — no matter what era we're living in.
Are you still working for Wildfire?
Seele: Sure. Since I was a child, helping Wildfire has become the most important thing in my life.
Seele: I know that Wildfire was originally formed due to the absence of any Silvermane Guards. If things are back to normal between the Overworld and the Underworld, then there's no need for Wildfire to keep going on.
Seele: But... if Nat thinks there's still a need for Wildfire, then who am I to disagree?
Your last battle...
Seele: Which one? Oh — you mean the fight with Cocolia?
Seele: Weirdly enough, I can't remember any details from that fight. I just remember you getting impaled by that woman's weapon, and then miraculously getting straight up again...
Seele: To be honest, I have no idea what was going on then. But it's incredible to think of you just coming back from the dead like that...
Actually, that wasn't any power of mine...
Seele: No? Then how did you do it...
Seele: Ah, stop it — don't give me that fluff about "Aeons" and "Paths" again. I'm not interested. Save it for next time.
That's right. I have the power!
Seele: Well, it's good to have confidence. But I suppose in this case, you really do have bragging rights.
Seele: I would really wanna take some time to learn from you and trade combat skills if I weren't so busy — but we'll get our chance some day. Right?
Good chatting with you.
See you next time, Seele.
Seele: So long. Say hello to March and Dan Heng for me.
