Scattered Memories of Hooded Past is a sub-mission of Devising Stratagems during Trailblaze Mission chapter Windswept Wanderlust. It starts after attempting to text Dan Heng and watching a cutscene of Himeko and Dan Heng on the Astral Express.

Gameplay Notes[]
- The sub-mission is treated as a challenge and the player can either "Pause and Save" or "Quit Completely" to exit the challenge.
- If "Quit Completely" is selected, the sub-mission may be restarted after choosing to text Dan Heng again in the previous mission.
- This mission features several Trial and Story characters:
- If Dan Heng had his HP reduced in the optional battle against
Windspawn ×1, Thunderspawn ×1, he will be healed to full when entering battle with Sushang against Mara-Struck Soldier ×1. - There are a few ways to trigger the cutscene with Luocha and the subsequent battle against Disciples of Sanctus Medicus: Shape Shifter ×1
- If either Dan Heng or Sushang is reduced to 0 HP during the fight, the cutscene automatically plays.
- If defeating the Shape Shifter without either trial character being reduced to 0 HP, the same cutscene plays after winning the fight and the battle restarts against the Shape Shifter.

- Mission DescriptionAs you cast your gaze from the Express toward a home you can never return to, you recall a time when the prospect of looking upon the Jade Gate of the Luofu seemed utterly unbelievable.
As you review the video communication sent by Kafka, you realize there is a hidden and lethal danger in her invitation — Her companion, the man named Blade, has an ancient and indelible feud with you.
You decide to go against the ban and set foot on the Luofu once again.
