Ruoyue is an NPC aboard the Xianzhou Luofu. She runs the divination shop, the Looking Bronze, in the Exalting Sanctum from behind a curtain. She will read the player's fortune once per day, which is required for 4 achievements.

She is also involved in the interaction with A-Xing.

Ruoyue: That's a hidden current of probability no one can ever fathom. To capture such an intricacy, you'd have to invest massive resources and rely on devices as huge as mountains to calculate that.

Ruoyue: So, one of the rules in the Divination Commission's "Three Don'ts" is "Don't divine personal matters." It's not particularly taboo or anything — just that there are too many variables and does more harm than good.

Ruoyue: But for me? I've got other ways. I provide clients with the most ambiguous results possible — it's about the limit of accuracy for my tiny shop anyway.
