This magnificent fort, named after the Aeon of Preservation, is also the Supreme Guardian's residence and command center.
Qlipoth Fort is a subarea in Administrative District, Overworld, Jarilo-VI, unlocked upon completing the Trailblaze Mission No Time for Me, My Friend in the Chapter In the Sweltering Morning Sun.
It was built by the first Supreme Guardian, Alisa Rand, to honor and praise the eminence and miracles of Qlipoth the Preservation.[1]

The Consul Residence sits in the center of Belobog, towering above the city and up to the clouds. It is a symbol of hope and guidance for the people of Belobog.
As the center of authority of the last surviving civilization on the planet, the Consul Residence has served as both the office and home for generations of Consuls and their successors. From plans of the Solwarm Festival celebrations to strategies of how to ward off the monsters of the Fragmentum, all resolutions of the Union come from this building.
The successive Consuls have inherited the willpower of Belobog's protector, Plamya, following her decrees. With immense walls and iron determination, they stave off the Eternal Freeze, maintain prosperity for the people of the Union, and ensure this last remaining flame of civilization continues to burn.

On the east side of Alisa Avenue, you will see a magnificent building — the Qlipoth Fort. It was built by the first Supreme Guardian Alisa to honor and praise the eminence and miracles of Qlipoth the Preservation.

- ...While those who love chaos lick their lips as they try to return things to the lawless entropy of the universe, quickly finding reason enough for themselves: "The valiant reserve the right to rummage through this desk."

- You've felt this way ever since you were first glimpsed by the Blemished One. It's an understandable idea — it's just that this morality system of Jarilo-VI doesn't approve of this kind of behavior.
