Plains Bear Cub is an NPC on Jarilo-VI. It can be found in the Outlying Snow Plains, next to the Calyx (Crimson): Bud of The Hunt, after completion of Trailblaze Continuance Future Market (II) in the Chapter Jolted Awake From a Winter Dream.
