Pier Point is the location of the Interastral Peace Corporation's headquarters.

The support team that dedicated itself to the Aeon Qlipoth established the IPC on Pier Point after building themselves up as a large business.[1] IPC employees live and work there. There are restaurants there as well such as the Kiliro Fish Restaurant, a place made of a giant bubble in the shape of a fish eye. It appears to be within sight of the subspace barrier being built by Qlipoth, which can be seen in Pier Point's sky.[1][2]
The guards at Pier Point have never left their posts on Qlipoth's orbit.[3] Topaz's company apartment, an ecological starship, is located above Pier Point.[4]
