Phantylia the Undying is an Echo of War Enemy part of the Antimatter Legion faction.

Enemy Info[]

The body born out of the Ambrosial Arbor by Phantylia, Lord Ravager of the Antimatter Legion.
This flesh possesses the powers of both Destruction and Abundance, a form that embodies the cycle of death and rebirth. It is also the first "fruit" borne from the rejuvenated Ambrosial Arbor.

Once Dan Heng • Imbibitor Lunae reaches 120 Energy, the Ultimate ability Cloudhymn Roar will become available. When used, this ability deals Imaginary DMG equal to 26.8% of Phantylia's Max HP and 40 Toughness DMG to all enemies. The DMG dealt ignores DEF.

When starting Phase 2, Phantylia immediately uses Starfall, Mooncry and summons 2 Destruction Lotuses.
In Phase 3:
- When starting Phase 3, Phantylia summons 2 Destruction Lotuses and 2 Abundance Lotuses.
- Phantylia's Max HP increases by 35%.
- Phantylia can take 2 extra actions in a turn.
