- The name of this achievement is a reference to the 1980 Soviet movie Moscow Does Not Believe in Tears (Russian: Москва слезам не верит Moskva slezam ne verit). The title itself is an old Russian proverb which means "don't complain, solve your problems by yourself."
- It is spoken whenever someone's tears, complaints, or problems don't earn the person any sympathy or help.
