History

During an unusual incident, the implants of all residents of the world would suffer deep corrosion, causing the starport to stop working. The IPC would intervene, bringing the situation under control. After peaceful negotiations, the Strategic Investment Department would take over the planet and has been dealing with the aftermath of the incident.
