Natasha (Russian: Наташа) is a playable character in Honkai: Star Rail.
Fastidious and kind, she is one of the few doctors from the Underworld where medical resources are scarce. It is later revealed that Natasha is the true leader of Wildfire, with Oleg as her acting leader.
