Mimosa is a mission-exclusive NPC on Penacony.
Profile[]
Mimosa is the adoptive daughter of the Watchmaker. She is a member of the Iris Family. Aside from business liaisons, she's also in charge of managing the film and television productions in Penacony.[1] She wants to help the Clock Studios solve their financial crisis.[2]
History[]
Mimosa used to work as the Watchmaker's animation assistant in Dreamflux Reef before, and she knows Clockie's story like the back of her hand. She was mad at him for painting ridiculous stories, restricting her freedom to create, and yet he never explained his reasons for doing so. Later, she left Dreamflux Reef and became a member of the Iris Family, and some residents of Dreamflux Reef regarded her as a traitor.[1]
After the Sunday incident in Trailblaze Mission And on the Eighth Day, Mimosa the Iris Family representative confronted Pisce the producer for the Clockie franchise due to the financial report of the Clock Studios. As the patent is about to expire, the chairman Watchmaker has gone missing, and the commemorative movie has been postponed, Pisce urgently reopened the Clock Studios Theme Park despite the damage from the Nihility accident to ease the cash flow pressure. Mimosa made an offer to buy the copyrights of Clockie, claiming that The Family were trying to save the Clock Studios. Pisce rejected the offer and hired the Trailblazer as the special guest director for the Dreamjoy Memoir movie.[2]
When the Trailblazer was about to edit the fifth and final part of Dreamjoy Memoir, they learned that the final reel was banned by Maeven Ellis, Head of the Iris Family. The Iris Family insisted that there were issues with the content and demanded an explanation from the Watchmaker. The Trailblazer confronted Mimosa and found her lost in thought. The Trailblazer used Clockwork to read her inner thoughts and changed her mind. They headed to Dreamflux Reef to search for a secret regarding Clockie. She received and read the Watchmaker's letters kept by Micah, and learned the Watchmaker's wishes that he is only trying to document the history of the Penacony that shouldn't be forgotten. She immediately requested to meet Maeven. The Trailblazer eventually retrieved the final reel of Clockie: Dreamjoy Memoir and also helped her rediscover a long-lost family love that was buried in time.[1]
With the permission from Maeven, she is now working as a consultant from the Iris Family to assist Clock Studios in their steady development and keep the hands of Clockie turning.[3]
