IV: She exudes an air of elegance and luxury. The unceasing lights are the pearls on her necklace and the agates on her bracelet... Only by offering things to her can one stand a chance of gaining her favor.

IV: Outworlder, you now have a once-in-a-lifetime chance to better assimilate in this grand and bustling metropolis. Will you seize it?

IV may be a reference to the Chinese writer and director Guo Jingming (Chinese: 郭敬明), whose penname is 第四维 Dìsìwéi (literally "Fourth Dimension"). IV's story may be based on Guo Jingming's controversies.
