| image | The starting location or an image that best represents the mission. Spoilers should be avoided if possible, but is by no means a requirement. If a "spoiler" image is best representative, then it is encouraged to be used.
Images must be taken in-game via Photo Mode or Fate's Atlas. If using Photo Mode:
Name formatting is as follows:

| type | The type of mission. Trailblaze for Trailblaze missions, Trailblaze Continuance for Trailblaze Continuances, Companion for Companion missions, Adventure for Event and Adventure, and Daily for Daily missions. |
| event_name | If the mission is part of an event, incude the event name here. Otherwise, remove the parameter. |
| chapter | The mission chapter. |
| summary | The summary for this mission as it appears in Fate's Atlas after its completion. If the mission is not included on Fate's Atlas, this paramrter should be left blank. |
| requirements | List any requirements necessary to unlock the mission. Only include this for the first mission in a series. |
| characters | An alphabetical list of characters that have dialogue in the mission, separated by semicolons (do not include speakers with unknown names). |
| startLocation | The starting location of the mission indicated above the first step shown in the in-game menu. |
| world | The world in which the mission takes place. |
| area | The area in which the mission takes place. |
| prev | Previous mission in the chain (if any). If there are multiple previous missions, include them with a parameter prev2 for the second prev3 for the third, and so on. |
| next | Next mission in the chain (if any). If there are multiple next missions, include them with a parameter next2 for the second next3 for the third, and so on. |
| exp | Trailblaze EXP obtained from completing the mission. |
| credits | Credits obtained from completing the mission. For ease of reading, numbers with four or more digits should be divided into groups using a comma "," as a separator. The comma should be placed every third digit to the left of the decimal point, and after every subsequent third digit. Examples: 1,000.53, 1,000,000.865 Additionally, keep in mind that Trailblaze EXP will be included in the in-game reward list after reaching Trailblaze Level 70. These extra credits should not be included in this parameter. |
| stellarJade | Stellar Jade obtained from completing the mission. |
| other | Any other rewards obtained from completing the mission, using the {{Card List|<Item>*<Amount>}} template. If this mission unlocks an event, include the following as in the line underneath: * Unlocks the [[event name]] Event. |
| voiced | Include if mission involved dialogue that is voiced, remove otherwise. |

Steps
Include a list of steps to completing the missions. These steps are listed to the right of the bullet point symbol in the in-game missions menu.
Extra information for steps can also be included if they provide useful additional information (such as list of opponents to defeat, or the domain entered). Solutions to any puzzles should go in the Mission Notes section. Opponents should be listed by wave using the {{Enemy List}} template.
