Summaries[]
At Dawn, To War
The borisin criminal Hoolay has escaped from prison, taking a Xianzhou Yaoqing's envoy hostage and putting the Wardance ceremony in jeopardy. In the Seat of Divine Foresight, March 7th and Yunli are listening to General Huaiyan's analysis of the situation, while Yanqing anxiously awaits orders for a lupine hunt.
A Web of Pasts Rewoven
In the Shackling Prison, the Divine Foresight arrives along with Dan Heng and Lingsha to investigate the truth behind the prison break. Amid the clues left behind by the pack of wolves, the old grudge between the Xianzhou Luofu and Hoolay is once again brought to light.
Alone In Peril
Captured by Hoolay, Jiaoqiu finds himself in a perilous situation, like a piece of meat on the chopping block, with little hope of escape. Despite his dire circumstances, he still seeks answers from Hoolay beyond just trying to save himself.
The Red Warcry
The Merlin's Claw General Feixiao commands the Luofu's Cloud Knights to hunt down Hoolay, employing the tactic of a forced move via encirclement on three sides — a strategy for trapping prey. Yet, from Hoolay's hidden vantage point, even the hunter can be seen as a type of prey.
Novice in Zenithal Duel
The Wardance ceremony proceeds as planned. To ensure its safe execution, March 7th and Yunli board the Skysplitter, commencing their patrol.
A Swarm of Carnage
As Hoolay boldly declares war, the Borisin Wolftroopers hidden in the streets begin their plundering rampage. How will the lupine hunters face the cunning onslaught of these vicious beasts?
Sweep by Merlin's Claw
A general who has spent her life in relentless battles against the borisin descends from the sky, unleashing her namesake "Merlin's Claw" strike. To her, hesitation is far more terrifying than death.
Last Stand of a Lone Wolf
In Aurum Alley, the wolf pack is at the end of its strength. A lone wolf, separated from its kin, resolves to sacrifice its life in one final counterattack against the hunters.
I Shall Turn the Tide
A sudden change occurs aboard the Skysplitter, and the anticipated attack from Hoolay becomes a reality. Yunli, standing firm with sword in hand, is determined to fulfill her grandfather's wishes and ensure the safety of the ship.
Comrade in Arms
On the arena platform, Hoolay brandishes his blade as the wolves roar, vowing to turn this place into the stage for a "Blood-soaked Wardance." Amidst a forest of broken swords and shattered blades, three young swordmasters stand together, determined to confront the beasts and ensure they leave with nothing gained.
Under the Spell
For the hunter, one must always remain vigilant against becoming the prey — the Merlin's Claw who had fallen into a deadly trap and the borisin wolf-head who had harbored seven centuries of grudges will face off in an unexpected battlefield for a final, to-the-death showdown!
Ebb of Past Sins
In the Scalegorge Waterscape, the tides rise and fall. Lingsha, with the "gift" prepared, arrives alongside Dan Heng to meet the Vidyadhara Preceptors. The deeds of the past and schemes of the present schemes will ultimately be settled one by one.
A Fugue From Beyond
With the storm subsided and everything returning to peace, the Trailblazer visits injured friends in the Alchemy Commission. Meanwhile, in the Seat of Divine Foresight, the three Arbiter-Generals gather once more to discuss a war that concerns everyone.
