- (Version 1)
-
- "How come the language module still isn't working...?"
- (Version 2)
-
- "Hehe, of course robots have feelings!"
Dialogue[]
- (First interaction)
- Fidora: Hmm... The only thing missing is a language module, right?
- Fidora: Where do we get that?
- A language module?
- Fidora: Yeah, it's all that's missing. It's hard to get hold of one... *sigh* What a headache.
- (Leave her alone)
- Fidora: ... This is so annoying. I can't just take Svarog's, can I? *sigh*
- Fidora: ...Hmm? When did you get here? Did you hear what I just said...?
- I don't think so.
- Fidora: You better not have.
- Why are you acting like it's a big deal?
- Fidora: ... So you did hear it!
- Fidora: *sigh* Whatever. I guess it's okay if you know. It isn't really a huge secret anyway.
- Fidora: You seem new here... What can I do for you?
- (Obtain Recipe: Inferior Protective Gear)
- (Subsequent interactions, prior to giving her the Language Module)
- Fidora: Hey, it's you again? I haven't found a language module...
- Fidora: What's up today?
- I'm wondering...
- Are you a mechanic?
- Fidora: Of course. No one but a mechanic could make robots, could they?
- Fidora: ...Well, actually, many people among the vagrants also possess that skill.
- Fidora: But I'm different from them! They make robots for the Modified Robot Fight — the robots they make fight each other... I don't get the fun in it.
- What do you need a language module for?
- Fidora: It's... Why are you being so nosey?
- Fidora: Okay, I'll tell you... I'm trying to build a robot that can interact with humans emotionally.
- Fidora: Not the kind of machine that only follows a program or answers the question you ask — A robot that understands human language, and speaks and acts like a normal human being.
- Why do you want to build something like that?
- Fidora: Why? Because it's my dream, of course!
- Fidora: I want to create a robot with emotions... it's my ultimate goal as an amateur mechanic!
- Are you making an android?
- Fidora: Android? What's that? It sounds weird... Right now, all I want to do is to equip the robot with a language module and do some additional optimization and improvement.
- Fidora: In my opinion, mechanical structures are much more beautiful than the human body... I'm not stupid enough to try to make a robot look like a human. How boring would that be?
- I thought you were making a humanoid mech that could be driven.
- Fidora: I've thought about that... I heard that boys all dream of fighting in mechs.
- Fidora: I get why they think that's cool. But for me, the most worthwhile research is to make robots that have human emotions...
- Fidora: Anyway, that's all. Do you have any other questions?
- Um... Nothing.
- Are you a mechanic?
- Nevermind. You can go back to your mechanical research.
- (After obtaining Language Module from the Administrative District Shop)
- I found the language module...
- Fidora: Wow, this is just the part I've been looking for! As long as I have this...
- Fidora: Um, it's awkward to say, but... Could you possibly let me have that? Please, it really would mean a lot to me!
- Take it.
- It comes with strings attached...
- Fidora: ...That makes sense. Name your price, then! I'll do my best to put some money together for you...
- Just kidding. It's yours.
- We'll see, once you've finished.
- Fidora: ...Thank you! You're so kind! Then I'll hold onto that for you. This component will definitely come in handy.
- Fidora: But if we want to build an emotionally interactive robot, a simple module like this won't be enough...
- Fidora: ...That's right, we have to code emotion into it! If you have the time, please come and give me a hand.
- (Obtain Praise of High Morals ×1)
- (Unlock Achievement Knight in Shining Armor)
- (Subsequent interactions, after giving her the Language Module)
- Fidora: Oh, here you are! Look! I've finished building my robot.
- Um... Nothing.
- Are you a mechanic?
- Nevermind. You can go back to your mechanical research.
- (Included in subsequent interactions, after completing training with Fidora's Robot)
- Fidora's Robot.
- Fidora: Outsider, you're finally here!
- Fidora: My robot improved in leaps and bounds after learning how to speak from you.
- (Version 1, if trained to be nice)
-
- Fidora: The way it speaks... How to put it? A little enthusiastic, but restrained. Always putting me first whenever we run into any problem... If I were making new friends, this would be the kind of personality I'd want!
- Fidora: All in all, its training went perfectly — thank you so much, (Trailblazer)!
- (Version 2, if trained to be rude)
-
- Fidora: However, the way it speaks is kind of... awkward, and it loves to argue...
- Fidora: It's always saying these cruel jokes at my expense... Once or twice would be okay, but it's just too much...
- Isn't that... Fun?
- You don't seem very happy about it.
- Fidora: Perhaps it's just me, but I can't really take it...
- Fidora: Ah, it's training has paid off in any case — thank you, (Trailblazer)!
- (Version 3, if trained with one of each nice, rude, and robotic options)
-
- Fidora: The way it speaks is just... a little cryptic.
- Fidora: It's very disjointed when it speaks, sometimes domineering but sometimes gentle — and sometimes even ignoring me…
- Haven't those been an abundant variety of experiences?
- You don't seem very happy about it.
- Fidora: I think there may be a problem with the core systems causing it to lose stability.
- Fidora: But as a friend, it's not always a bad thing to have such fresh opinions...
- Being spontaneous is totally in right now.
- …Humans can’t do that.
- Fidora: Hey, maybe you're right. Anyway, thank you, (Trailblazer)!
- (Included in subsequent interactions, upon completing Trailblaze Mission No Time for Me, My Friend)
- How have things been?
- Fidora: Why are you asking that all of a sudden? Is something big going on at the moment?
- You haven't heard? There's chaos at the Great Mine!
- Fidora: Oh no, really? I've been so focused on my robot that I haven't heard a thing!
- Fidora: I remember there being lots of support robots in the Great Mine... What about them, are those little robots all okay?
- Ah, actually the Overworld and the Underworld are being reunited...
- Haven't you heard? The Overworld and the Underworld are being reunited!
- Haven't you heard? Olm meat is half price today!
- Fidora: Oh no, really? I've been so focused on my robot that I haven't heard a thing!
- Fidora: Olm meat isn't my favorite anyway... So this "news" has nothing to do with me. Got any other news for me?
- Ah, actually the Overworld and the Underworld are being reunited...
- Fidora: Oh, so that's how it is~ I heard some people chatting about this, but I thought they were only joking.
- Fidora: Reuniting the Overworld and the Underworld... seems like a good idea to me. There's hardly any spare parts down in the Underworld. Just piles of defective junk...
- Fidora: It's different in the Overworld. I heard there's a famous workshop up there — I've always wanted to see it! Maybe I can get the language module I've been looking for up there — or other rare parts...
- Fidora: Without further ado, I'll start packing! Thanks so much for this valuable intel!
