Explicit Subsidy is Topaz & Numby's Technique.
Gameplay Notes[]
- Trotters in the overworld and Simulated Universe domains will be attracted by Numby within a set radius, and will not react to the player's presence unless they switch characters or attack with Topaz. If Numby is too far away, Trotters will react as normal.
- If a Curio is obtained via this Technique after a battle in Simulated Universe, that Curio will immediately take effect before choosing Blessings.
