Dialogue[]

(First interaction)
Elvira: Greetings, I am Elvira, a loyal fan of the Clockie cartoon series, and also a volunteer here.
Elvira: As you can see, there are many aspects of Clock Studios Theme Park that aren't up to the task yet, mainly because we severely lack manpower... Of course, we're working on improving that.
Elvira: In any case, you're welcome to look around. Theme parks only get more prosperous with crowds.

(If Elvira's Emotion is set to Calm)
Elvira: There's much more to do... gotta work harder!
That's it. Bye-bye.
Elvira: Goodbye, and I hope you have fun here.

(If Elvira's Emotion is set to Angry)
Elvira: Why, why are people always popping out to ruin my dream!?
That's it. Bye-bye.
Elvira: Goodbye, and I hope you have fun here.

(If Elvira's Emotion is set to Happy)
Do you need help with anything?
I want to chat with you.
Elvira: Sure, I'm very glad that there are people interested in theme parks.
Why are you volunteering here?
Elvira: Because I wanted to work with Clockie? I still remember when I was younger, the thing I most looked forward to every day was to sit myself in front of the living room sofa and wait for Clockie's cartoon to air.
Elvira: It's a pity that no matter how fast it got updated, it could never catch up to the speed at which I watched. By the time I left school, I'd already seen all of Clockie's related spin-offs at least three times over.
Elvira: So, I decided to personally participate in Clockie's production, even if it was just serving the crew drinks and food... I mean, it was my childhood after all.
What do you do here?
Elvira: Oh, I do plenty, like helping guests take photos, running errands, managing the merch, fixing rides and all that. Sometimes, I even have to take care of my coworkers who play the cartoon characters.
Elvira: Most are odd jobs that don't require much skill, but there's plenty of it to go around. Most people call for my help regularly.
Elvira: Hee-hee, when I think about it, I'm still a pretty important staff member around here...
What do you think of the costumed people here?
Elvira: You mean my coworkers playing the cartoon characters? I really respect them, just like I admire every creator.
Elvira: Whether in reality or in the Dreamscape, every work that manages to finally reach the audience is the fruition of tens of millions of system hours of blood, sweat, and tears.
Elvira: And to create a world we all love, we can't forget the people who helped execute the idea as well as those who provided the idea.
Elvira: Every time I see Clockie and his companions dance on the screen, I can't help but marvel in earnest at how everyone brought those fictional characters so vividly to life.
Elvira: I hope that one day I can also play a part in animation production...
That's it. Bye-bye.
Elvira: Goodbye, and I hope you have fun here.
That's it. Bye-bye.
Elvira: Goodbye, and I hope you have fun here.

(If Elvira's Emotion is set to Sad)
Elvira: *sigh* Is the age of cartoons truly over?
That's it. Bye-bye.
Elvira: Goodbye, and I hope you have fun here.

Clockwork[]

Activate Clockwork
Calm
Elvira: Gah, what am I doing here still chatting away. I still get lots of things to do...
Elvira: The signboard at the entrance needs fixing, the tokens in the arcade machines need changing, and there are cartoon character actors who need attending to...
Elvira falls into a deep silence. A certain kind of enthusiasm that surrounded her has disappeared, replaced by the most fundamental emotion associated with work: Monotony.
Even if one manages to work at a dream job, in the end, it's just that: A job.

Angry
(First time)
Elvira: Aaahhh, when will I get to join The Family and see the real Clockie?
Join The Family?
The real Clockie?
Elvira: Yeah, the Alfalfas told me that I'd get to know the real Clockie's secret if I became a Family member.
Elvira: They actually did send someone to invite me previously, and I thought I was this close to succeeding... In the end they got wind that I was only joining The Family for Clockie, and rejected me.
Elvira: From their looks of disdain, it's like I said I wanted to add two slices of the moon to my waffle or something... Was it really that bad a desire!?

(Subsequent interactions)
Elvira: Who was it that cleaved Dreamville Cinema's screen in two? Do you know how much it takes to maintain it!
Elvira: Initially, my greatest joy was to watch Clockie's cartoon reruns on the big screen. Now even this small slice of happiness has been ripped away from me! Its destruction is a desecration of a beautiful dream!
Elvira: Why must violence be committed even in dreams? What're these people angry about? Why can't they just sit back and enjoy art!
Happy
Elvira: ...I apologize. My mood swings get erratic when I'm stressed out. The work here isn't exactly a walk in the park.
Why did you volunteer then?
It's a dying industry. Better jump ship early.
Elvira: Haha, thank you for your concern, but I'm not planning on leaving.
Elvira: It's quite tiring here... but when work is over, and I think back on my experiences of the day while staring at the calendar, I always feel that all that hard work is worth it.
Elvira: Because I, and my coworkers, are building something totally new with our own hands.
Elvira: All the groundwork we do will realistically help Clock Studios Theme Park. Who knows, I might be in the ending credits in the next Clockie movie.
Elvira's face is marked with joy and passion yet again. She smiles at you, and musters her gusto as she says:
Elvira: Now, is there anything I can help you with?
Sad
Elvira: *sigh* There are fewer and fewer people who like cartoons these days...
Elvira: The friends who used to binge-watch the series with me quit way early on. Everyone says they've got a lot of stuff to do, and have no time to spend on such useless activities.
Elvira: I know, the gravity of reality always shatters all fantasies, dragging them from the sky back to earth. I knew this a long time ago, but I can't do anything to change it...
Elvira: But I believe that one day, when people are battered by the monotony of reality... They will once again cast their eyes on happier things.
Elvira: I'm willing to wait for that day to come... Rather, what else can I do besides wait for it?
