Dream Ticker Supervisor is an NPC on Penacony located in The Reverie (Dreamscape). They will disappear after submission of 
Eerie Building Block ×15 in batches of ×5 each.
After completion of Adventure Mission Dreams and the Art of Clock Maintenance (II) they can also be located aboard The Radiant Feldspar in place of the Boss Ticker. They will disappear after submission of Eerie Building Block ×21 in batches of ×7 each.

Dream Ticker Supervisor is the one in charge of all the Dream Tickers within the Sweet Dreams Troupe of the Dreamscape. They value the guests of Penacony and places importance on the presentability of Dream Tickers to the guests.
Dream Ticker Supervisor attempted to collect the Eerie Building Blocks themself to preserve the well-being of their subordinates and the guests, but they also succumbed to the ominous aura of the blocks and required the Trailblazer's assistance.
