Types[]

There are 11 types of Domains in Divergent Universe.

In a run, the layout contains 13 domains generated under certain rules. In the case of a domain with divergence, two or three options are randomly generated for the player to enter.

Domains are divided into three Planes: Domain 1-4 in the First Plane, Domain 5-9 in the Second Plane, and Domain 10-13 in the Third Plane.

SU Domain Combat WhiteCombat

Combat domains contain 3 waves of Normal Enemies. The enemies are initially placed in close proximity to each other and will usually result in a multi-wave battle. Each wave in turn grants a 1-2 star Blessing.

These domains may contain a Trotter of Abundance Trotter of Abundance, Trotter of Destruction Trotter of Destruction, and Trotter of Preservation Trotter of Preservation. For every Trotter defeated, an extra 1-3 star Blessing may be selected.

Occurrence domains contain two portraits that each start an Occurrence, which are short pieces of narration that give miscellaneous rewards.

SU Domain Adventure WhiteAdventure

Adventure domains contain one of the following minigame challenges:

Three tiers of rewards can be obtained depending on the amount of objectives met:

  • Tier 1: Cosmic Fragment Cosmic Fragment ×100-150
  • Tier 2: Two choices of random 2-star Blessings
  • Tier 3: Two choices of random Curios

Avoiding the Beams Challenge[]

Interact with the light pillar to start the challenge. Evade the beams as much as possible within a limited number of Cycles. The more Cycles you manage to avoid, the more rewards you will get.

There are 6 Cycles and no time limit. Techniques are disabled during the challenge.

Objectives:

  • If no objective is met: Tier 1 rewards
  • Objective 1: Successfully evade for 4 Cycles(s) (Tier 1+2 rewards)
  • Objective 2: Successfully evade for 6 Cycles(s) (Tier 1+2+3 rewards)

Barrel Breaker Challenge[]

Break the destructible objects in the area and obtain points. The more objects you break in a limited time and the more goals you achieve, the better the rewards.

One of the following stages is randomly selected. Each stage contains 30 barrels, with a time limit of 30 seconds.

Goals:

  • If no goal is met: Tier 1 rewards
  • Goal 1: Break 15 barrels (Tier 1+2 rewards)
  • Goal 2: Break 30 barrels (Tier 1+2+3 rewards)

Lucky Compass Challenge[]

Interact with the compass to start the challenge. Press the Stop button and the currently marked ring will gradually stop spinning based on its rotation speed. When all the rings have stopped, the more hands pointed toward the same straight line, the better the rewards.

There is no time limit. The rotation speed of each ring is indicated by the number of dots on it.

Goals:

  • If no hand is pointed toward the same straight line: Tier 1 rewards
  • If 2 hands are pointed toward the same straight line: Tier 1+2 rewards
  • If 3 hands are pointed toward the same straight line: Tier 1+2+3 rewards

There is a chance‍[verification needed] of different encounters in place of the chests:

  • If no hand is pointed toward the same straight line: (Bug) variant Elite Enemy ×1
  • If 2 hands are pointed toward the same straight line: Reward Occurrence ×1
  • If 3 hands are pointed toward the same straight line: Reward Occurrence ×2

Trotter Catch[]

By using attacks or Techniques during exploration, you can catch Trotters to earn points. Different Trotters are assigned different number of points, and catching Trotters with higher points will help you reach the point goal faster. The more goals you achieve, the greater the final rewards will be.

The time limit is 30 seconds.

Points:

  • Normal Trotter: 200 points × 12 = 2400 points
  • Shining Trotter: 500 points × 4 = 2000 points
  • Total: 4400 points

Goals:

  • If no goal is met: Tier 1 rewards
  • Goal 1: Obtain 2000 points (Tier 1+2 rewards)
  • Goal 2: Obtain 3600 points (Tier 1+2+3 rewards)

SU Domain Wealth WhiteWealth

Wealth domains contain a Precious Treasure that will award 400 Cosmic Fragments and either a Super Blessed Dreamy Slots or Curio Wheel. The machine does not need to be played to progress, as the next domain options will be unlocked after opening the Precious Treasure.


SU Domain Store WhiteStore

Store domains contain Herta's Curio Store and Screwllum's Blessing Store which have a random selection of Curios and Blessings respectively which the player can purchase using Cosmic Fragments. The cost of purchasable items may be affected by certain Curios.

When displaying Herta: Collector's Edition in the Probability Museum, the Divergent Universe Curio Store in Store domains will increase the amount of purchasable Curios by 1.

The Curio Store will increase the amount of purchasable Curios by 1 and the Blessing Store will increase purchasable Blessings by 1 in Store Domains.


SU Domain Escapade WhiteEscapade

Escapade domains contain a special Workbench of Creation and either a Curio Wheel, a Blessed Dreamy Slots, or two Precious Chests that each contain 1 Curio. Game machines in Escapade domains have up to three draws, all of which are free.


SU Domain Respite WhiteRespite

Respite domains contain Screwllum's Blessing Store, a Workbench of Creation, and a Reviver.


SU Domain Boss WhiteBoss

Planes 1 & 2[]

Boss domains on Plane 1 and 2 contain a Workbench of Creation and a Reviver.

After defeating the Plane 1 Boss Enemy, obtain 1 Equation of 3-star rarity, 1 Blessing of 3-star rarity, and 1 Weighted Curio. After defeating the Plane 2 Boss Enemy, obtain 1 Equation of 2-star rarity and 1 Weighted Curio.

Conversion[]

After defeating the first wave of enemies of Plane 1 or 2, Excessive Conversion begins for the second wave. Two Elite enemies will appear, and the goal is to obtain as many Conversion Data as possible in 2 cycles. Conversion Data is accumulated during Excessive Conversion when the enemy's HP is reduced. Defeating all enemies grants a total of 10,000 Conversion Data. Bonus Conversion Data can be obtained through certain Curios.

Additional rewards will be granted depending on the amount of Conversion Data obtained.

Plane 3[]

The final domain on Plane 3 is a Boss domain that will always use the "Complete" variant of the Boss Enemy, which has increased stats, additional phases, and much deadlier abilities.

Mechanics[]

Workbench of Creation[]

Workbenches of Creation appear in Boss (Plane 1 & 2), Respite, and Escapade domains. They contain certain combinations of Ruan Mei's Creations, those being Rice Dumpling, Ice Cake, Trash Cake, Lambda's Friend, and Wisteria Cake, which have appearances resembling Dan Heng, March 7th, Trailblazer, Ruan Mei, and Herta respectively.

Boss and Respite domains always contain Rice Dumpling, Ice Cake, and Trash Cake. Escapade domains usually contain Lambda's Friend and Wisteria Cake, but may contain Ice Cake and Trash Cake.

Rice Dumpling Overwrite Equation — Overwrite the Equation into another Equation of identical quality (The cost increases with the number of overwrites)
The first Overwrite costs 50 Cosmic Fragments and each subsequent Overwrites will cost an additional 100 Cosmic Fragments of the previous price. The cost of overwriting may be affected by certain Curios.

Ice Cake Overwrite Blessing — Overwrite the Blessing into another Blessing (The cost increases with the number of overwrites)
The first Overwrite costs 0 Cosmic Fragments, the second Overwrite costs 25 Cosmic Fragments, and subsequent Overwrites will cost double of the previous cost. The cost of overwriting may be affected by certain Curios.

Trash Cake Enhancing Blessings — Consume Heat in the Workbench of Creation to Enhance Blessings (Heat will be reset for every Workbench)
3-star Blessings cost 3 Heat to enhance, 2-star Blessings cost 2 Heat to enhance, and 1-star Blessings cost 1 Heat to enhance. 4 Heat will be provided at every Workbench. The Heat granted will increase by one after unlocking a certain node on the Inspiration Circuit.

Lambda's Friend Curio Synthesize — Synthesize Curios of equal rarity into random Curio(s) of higher or equal quality
Combine 2 Curios of 1-star rarity into 1 Curio of 2-star rarity. Combine 2 Curios of 2-star rarity into 1 Curio of 3-star rarity. Combine 2 Curios of 3-star rarity into 1 different Curio of 3-star rarity. Syntheses are free, but limited to 2 Syntheses per Workbench.

Wisteria Cake Overwrite Weighted Curios — Recast Weighted Curios into other Weighted Curios
Overwrites are free, but limited to 1 Overwrites per Workbench.


Reviver[]

Use Cosmic Fragments to reset RAM, revive downed characters, and restore their HP by 100% of their Max HP.

Game Machines[]

In certain domains, a Blessed Dreamy Slot or a Curio Wheel will appear that may grant Curios and Blessings respectively. Up to 3 draws can be made on each machine, with the cost each draw increasing with the number of draws.

Blessed Dreamy Slots[]

3 of the same Path: Obtain a random Blessing of the corresponding Path Any of different Path: No reward

Curio Wheel[]

Obtain 1 random Curio from the wheel.


Stores[]

Herta and Screwllum have a random selection of Curios and Blessings respectively which the player can purchase using Cosmic Fragments. The cost of purchasable items may be affected by certain Curios.

The Curio Store is run by Herta and has Curios of 1-2 star rarity in stock.
