When "Languid Ethmoid Bone" or "Dried Lacrimal Bone" receive a killing blow, "Decimator, Karma of Daythunder, Eye of Twilight" will receive Toughness DMG, and "Languid Ethmoid Bone" or "Dried Lacrimal Bone" will restore HP and cannot be selected.
