The Dark-Blue Scam Victims Association is an organization in Belobog formed by people who were scammed by Sampo.
Overview[]
The Association spreads awareness to the public about Sampo, whom they refer to as "the Dark-Blue Scam," to prevent others from falling victim to his scams.
Currently, the Association plans to request Supreme Guardian Bronya for a Dark-Blue Scam Special Task Force to be formed by the Silvermane Guards, that will launch a city-wide search in Belobog to capture Sampo.[1]
