Looks like you've just walked in on a couple of lovers trying to have a great time with each other.; You don't know them, so based on the conventions of Xianzhou Opera you decide to name them "Rom" and "Com."; Rom: Wh—Wh—Wh—Who are you? What's all the rush?; Excuse me...; I'm just a treasure hunter passing through...; Don't mind me, as you were...; Rom: You freaked us out! I thought you were my family coming to bust us.; Your family?; Com: Ever since the Three Sufferings Era, our families have been at each other's throats — but this generation, we fell head over heels in love with each other at the academy.; Com: Our families keep trying to split us up, all these different schemes... But how can true love be broken from the outside? So that's why we hid out here on this freight starskiff, the SS Butterfly: We want to sneak off the Luofu...; Com: Well, stranger, I guess it's fate that we met each other here, too... Take these. They're the last remaining ties we have to our families. If you take these, then the two of us will have nothing more to do with either of our families!; Rom: She's right... Rom and Com are a couple. When combined together, their names spell "Rom-Com" which stands for Romantic Comedy, a a subgenre of comedy and slice of life fiction.
