Cipher is one of the Chrysos Heirs, stated to be able to "command the frozen time to once again flow" in the prophecy. "Spirithief" Bartholos notes that Cipher works in the "same trade" as them, though they claim to view her as a competitor.

History

Cipher is a Chrysos Heir from Dolos and the demigod possessing the Coreflame of Trickery. Despite her status as a Chrysos Heir, she abandoned her Flame-Chasing duty, and departed from Okhema in favor of living a life of her own, complete with tricks and scheming. She possesses god-like speed, though she only uses it to commit theft.

While investigating a mysterious filth that infiltrated Okhema, Aglaea encountered Bartholos at Marmoreal Market and questioned if they were aware of Cipher's whereabouts. Though Bartholos denied knowing where she was, Aglaea nonetheless asked them to tell her, in the event they crossed paths, that she couldn't ignore her duties as a demigod forever.
