A bite mark left by the Fragmentum when it corroded reality, leading to unknown places. A Cavern of Corrosion can be used to acquire Relics. After activation, you can teleport to its location via Navigation.

Cavern of Corrosion is a Challenge type by which players can acquire Cavern Relics. They are open daily and require Trailblaze Power ×40 to challenge.

Caverns of Corrosion are unlocked during the Trailblaze Mission The Stars Are Cold Toys in the chapter In the Sweltering Morning Sun.

Overview

Players can unlock new levels of a specific Cavern of Corrosion with each Equilibrium Level, up to level 6.

Each Cavern of Corrosion consists of two waves; a first wave consisting of four Normal Enemies, and then a second wave consisting of three to five enemies, with one of these always being an Elite Enemy.

Challenging the cavern at level 3 or higher will have a chance of obtaining a 5-star relic upon completion. At level 4 and higher, the player is guaranteed a 5-star relic, and an occasional chance for two 5-star relics. At level 5 and higher, the player is guaranteed two 5-star relics per completion. At level 6, the 3-star relics are removed from the reward table, and the player has a chance of getting three 5-star relics from them.
