- When Hoolay enters the Moon Rage state, he will immediately take action.
- While Hoolay is in the Moon Rage state, the Lupine Lord's Majesty buff enhances Sableclaw Wolftroopers' and Eclipse Wolftroopers' Moon Rage state and allows the Wolftroopers to take an extra action every turn.
- When Hoolay is Weakness Broken due to the Toughness Reduction effect of Moonhowl Lupus, triggers the Lightning Weakness Break effect.
