Bernard

Bernard is an NPC aboard the Herta Space Station. He can initially be found in the Master Control Zone, near the computers on the southeast side. However, he permanently moves next to the Watcher Zone Space Anchor, upon completion of the Adventure Mission To: The Faint Star.

Bernard is a Geography researcher at the Herta Space Station and is Rocky's mentor. He is staunchly opposed to his pupil's infatuation with Lesley.

Bernard: The stupidest rule of the space station is to divide talent and knowledge rigidly based on departments.

Bernard: Eloquent people are well respected while quiet diligent researchers are called old-fashioned and stubborn. This is what the space station should change the most!
