The Alchemy Commission once demonstrated the way of immortality. However, as the Ambrosial Arbor was discarded, the commission's social position plummeted and no longer sways the balance of power in Xianzhou.

The Alchemy Commission is an area aboard The Xianzhou Luofu, unlocked after completing Trailblaze Mission Dragon Mislay, Dreams Astray in the Chapter Topclouded Towerthrust.

Dragonprayer Terrace		The Vidyadhara originated from the blessing of their dragon ancestor, Long the Permanence, unlike the other long-life species that received the gift of Abundance. Orisons offered to Long will always be heard.
Healer's Market		A market in the Alchemy Commission where medicine traders flock. In the past, only Elixir Seekers with permits could enter here to buy divine medicines.

You notice an express box in the distance shaking, though the frequency of its shuddering movements are slowly diminishing. What's inside the box remains a mystery to you.

As you open the box, you feel the sensation of cold, metallic material against your fingertips. Upon closer inspection, you discover a cycrane on the brink of a complete breakdown!

What do you mean by "Yon"?

The cycrane's wings are fluttering weakly. Just as its movement is about to stop, it suddenly widens its eyes and gasps for help.

The cycrane speaks with great strain, as if it knows its borrowed time is running out. Just as it finishes its words, the cycrane's head greets the ground with a resounding crash, and now it no longer responds to your touch.

In the instance of its collapse, thin sheets of paper slip from the cracks of the box, and you quickly pick them up.

The label on the package shows that it contains some toys. It better be.

The randomly placed courier package is likely to be the result of someone's impulsiveness.

This is an abandoned courier package. Its owner must be very forgetful or very rich.

There is an abandoned courier package lying forlornly in front of you. It breathes its last after completing the mission of storing the goods. By the way, this is its last words: "Handle with care."

The logistics industry on the Xianzhou thrives, as things are being transferred to all parts of this tremendous ship like the red blood cells in the body; this courier package is one of them.

The image of cycranes that deliver goods in the air pops up in your mind. What if the goods slip off their claws when they are flying? What if a pedestrian happens to pass by below them? You shake your head, dreading to continue the train of thought.

Courier Package

You have come across many courier packages, but none of them is like the one before you. It trembles slightly like an abandoned puppy on a rainy day.

"D—Don't come closer!" It seems to be talking to you while shivering.

Why are you shivering?

"Did you eat things that had gone bad? Why are you trembling?" You ask in your mind.

"I—I'm okay." The package tries its best to look fine, but its violent trembling reveals its anxiety.

"It's just a phone..." The package explains in a feeble voice while backing away slightly. You can feel that it is hiding something.

Fine. I won't come any closer.

"Fine. I won't come any closer." You make a promise to the courier package, though you are not sure whether you can keep it.

"Th—Thank you," the package responds feebly while backing away.

What could be inside? Perhaps it contains the clock on a bomb, a poor animal, or something even more mysterious.

While you are engrossed in your thoughts, the package starts shaking vigorously before it stops moving.

Horrified, your heightened curiosity dissipates all at once. No matter what's inside, it's best that you stay away from the package and stop thinking about opening it.

Courier Package

An opened courier package with a weird insignia draws your attention. Undoubtedly, it is a mortise and tenon wooden lock that you have come across umpteenth times on the Xianzhou.

The document was not fully stuffed into the package, so you can make out most of its content without picking it up.

Pick it up and examine it.

This seems to be a survey from a secret society called Hexanexus. You can't believe it still calls itself a "secret society" in this day and age.

The survey includes detailed questions about the respondent's gender, age, income, occupation, and the amount spent on video games each month and the motivation for spending. It is a shame that the respondent doesn't take the survey seriously, as it is not filled out.

Hold on... The respondent did write something on the survey. The suggestion column is filled with indecent yet authentic phrases in the Xianzhou language. The respondent's outrage is well-expressed.

Seems like Hexanexus is not very popular...

Take a quick glance and walk away.

The most well-known landmark of the Alchemy Commission Healer's Market is an ancient tree with dragon-like intertwining roots.

Countless outworlders who long to become a long-life species have walked past the tree, but none of them noticed that the famous landmark of the Healer's Market is a truly natural and harmless long-life species itself.

Some outworlders see the strong ancient tree as a silent god. After taking a closer look, you find none of the extraordinary featured mentioned in the stories. Nothing miraculous happens on the branches, and there is nothing special about the ancient tree. How hilarious.

The sturdy and thick trunk of the ancient tree rises upward like a black dragon. When you look up at the tree, you hear a faint sound of wind and lightning. Soon, you realize that you are just having tinnitus after lifting your head too quickly.

You have heard of the myth about trees in some worlds being ancient spirits that can talk and think. They will awaken when there is a crisis and unleash nature's might. Could this tree be like that?

This is the Aureate Elixir Furnace. In ancient times, the alchemists practiced the way of immortality here. They absorbed the power of the Ambrosial Arbor and turned countless fantasies into reality.

At the sight of the majestic massive elixir crucible, one can't help imagining the size of the pellet created and how would it be consumed.

The huge elixir crucible floats in the sea. There is no place to make a fire, and there is no one watching the crucible. It seems like thousands of years ago, the Xianzhou alchemists already mastered a new energy technology that does not require fuel and labor. Most impressive.

An evil abomination that resembles an ape has been spotted near the Alchemy Commission lately. It would be a major medical mishap if the abomination fell into the elixir crucible by accident and went through the refining process for 49 days.

The elixir crucible with everlasting fire is erected here. The bluish glow in the furnace core motivates the alchemists when they are working overtime.

Fruit Stand

Fresh fruit with distinct edges. It is obvious the stand owner has strict requirements for the number of sides for the fruits sold.

Fresh fruit with distinct edges. Those with weak teeth should stay away from it.

Ever since some person with too much time to spend changed the slogan "a fruit a day keeps the doctor away" to "ten fruits a day makes the doctor come your way," no one has seen any advertisements around for the fruit stand on Xianzhou again.

Once, a troublemaker came to the fruit stand and complained about the fruits being overpriced and unripe... Then, the troublemaker stabbed the stand owner's abdomen with something sharp. Fortunately, it happened in the Alchemy Commission, and the stand owner was able to receive timely treatment.
