Depends on what you have

• If you like her enough, just go for it

• If you are new, don't

• If you don't main a chrysos heir, also don't

• If you play Castorice, depends, she is not a high prioriry

• If you main Mydei, she is a must pull

I play Tribbie, Castorice, Hyacine, Evernighrt and R MC

From a meta standpoint, you have better options, but if you really like her I certainly can't stop you.

If you want to think meta-wise, Tribbie's E1 is among the best vertical investments you can make in the game, and it should be pretty resistant to powercreep as a True DMG multiplier.

Pull for Cyrene! That's a mandatory!

^^ E2 is definitely helpful for gameplay, but if OP doesn't care about that, you're not obligated to.

And again, HP inflation's volatile enough that most units start feeling it within a few months. I don't think people spend that much on Cyrene just for meta purposes.
